Japan Watercolor Society published the book of 'Recipes of Transparent Watercolor 2'. This second book has a special collection of works based on the main theme ‘Expressions of Water’. There are 32 members including myself with three works. In addition, we invited the work of five artists from abroad. Participating foreign artists are as follows. (Alphabetical order) : Chien Chung Wei, Frank Eber, Jasmine Huang, Joe Dowden and Stanislaw Zoladz. This book on sale at the bookstores all over Japan. Chihiro's Dot Palette Card by DANIEL SMITH
I now have my own personalized dot palette card that I created from the art manufacturer in Seattle, DANIEL SMITH by courtesy. I chose 18 of my favorite colors in particular out of 238 colors. Using these 18 colors, you will be able to paint everything from still life to portrait and landscaping. Surprisingly, my career is printed out in Japanese translation as well as English on the back of the card! |
