Live John Cogley and Brand Ambassador's Zoom Session
As an invited artist for Daniel Smith, I contributed to the watercolor community by conducting live demonstrations in online sessions and participating as a member of the brand ambassador team.
'The Art of Watercolour' magazine of France
​My artwork is featured in a two-page interview article in the prestigious French art magazine "The Art of Watercolor," No. 51 issue for September to November. This is an immense honor and a truly joyous occasion for me. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has consistently supported me.

JWS published the book of 'Recipes of Transparent Watercolor 4'. This forth book has a special collection of works based on the main theme ’Light and Shadow’. There are 31 Japanese artists including myself with three works. This book has released for the bookstores all over Japan, also available on Amazon.co.jp.
The JWS (Japanese Watercolor Society) show has been selling my favorite and most used brushes, with my personal recommendation, at the venue. 🖌✨

Japan Watercolor Society published the book of 'Recipes of Transparent Watercolor 2'. This second book has a special collection of works based on the main theme ‘Expressions of Water’. There are 32 members including myself with three works. In addition, we invited the work of five artists from abroad. Participating foreign artists are as follows. (Alphabetical order) : Chien Chung Wei, Frank Eber, Jasmine Huang, Joe Dowden and Stanislaw Zoladz.

Chihiro's Dot Palette Card by DANIEL SMITH

I now have my own personalized dot palette card that I created from the art manufacturer in Seattle, DANIEL SMITH by courtesy. I chose 18 of my favorite colors in particular out of 238 colors. Using these 18 colors, you will be able to paint everything from still life to portrait and landscaping. Surprisingly, my career is printed out in Japanese translation as well as English on the back of the card!

Japan Watercolor Society published the book of 'Recipes of Transparent Watercolor' (This title is a direct translation in Japanese). This book introduces 28 members including myself with four pages. The book is now on sale at book stores all over Japan also at Amazon.co.jp.

The 1st World Watercolor Competition in France

This is a book of the first World Watercolor Competition organized by the magazine of 'Art of Watercolor' in France. While I wasn't selected to be one of the 23 finalists, I was nominated to the second stage of 295 artists out of 2000+ artworks from 82 countries.
